June Highlights

I finished summer term and now I can play!  July and August will be a ball!
Aaron got to go to Camp Tilikum-a local church camp with lots of fun activities.
He also got to go to a basketball camp.

We got him a new bike and spent a weekend on Mt. Hood mountain biking.

We've so enjoyed this series, A.D. The Bible Continues,  on Sunday nights:

Plus every summer we look forward to, So You Think You Can Dance:

And American Ninja Warrior

We all got to go see the new Jurassic Park movie: Jurassic World with my parents:

Some other interesting flicks we watched on hot days:

Puppies came to play

We made it to opening day of the Wilson pool with Aaron and his friends.

And we went to the Beaverton pool again to enjoy the multiple diving boards.

Fireworks and playtime at the stands

Soap and sprinkler on the trampoline for a short slip and slide

We have spent too much as Baskin already and it's only June.

This water balloon kit was amazing.

Plus I got to attend Jen's Birthday party.

I found a dress for the 4th which is light and comfy-perfect for this heat wave we are having in Oregon.

I have a 4th Grader

Today is Aaron's first day of summer vacation and thus his first day as an official 4th grader!  He spent his first day playing with friends, laying about and enjoying this..
He paid half and I paid half.  The red is such a fun color and we even engraved his name on the back.  He'll love having it for drives to the different camps he goes to this summer.

Memorial Weekend

What a wonderful weekend!

A long run with friends:

This movie with Aaron.  We love acapella.

I got to pop into this bakery for some yummy bread:

I got a lot of studies done thanks to a friend who took Aaron for an entire day.  Aaron got to watch his older friends play lacrosse.

I got to spend time with my sweet family.

Summer Clothes for Aaron

My child has grown out of everything again-underwear and socks all had to be restocked plus these fun items.

These shorts in all three colors. The boys wear them so big these days they look like short pants to me.

We picked up this hoodie and shorts through Sherwood lacrosse.
